    Thats only because its not done healing yet. It shouldn't keep swelling up, to bad, once it heals.

    I had a partial tare on my ankle from training. I had to wear a boot on my foot for 1 month, I rehabbed buy doing a lot of rolling out of my calves and IT bands with a form roller
