This is 1 video thread of several more to come that follows up on my initial thread, titled:
"My 1st Competition in 5 years! (Video)"

From a 160 lbs to 145 lbs in the last video thread. Here I weigh in closer to my natural weight at 135 lbs.
Being that the lowest weight division was 145 lbs here at the Kumite Classic's I was able to weigh in the day of and eat breakfast before weigh ins. (:

Honestly I'm not sure when I started using this set up from top turtle or where I learned it from.
I do remember it is one of few set ups I use, that is not featured in Ryan Hall's The Triangle DVD.
