    It's every two years but you qualify for the trials usually a year before the next competition.

    Scott. The last couple of years the Arnold Classic grappling tourney has given a free trip to the North American ADCC of your choosing if you win your advanced division. I would check out their page and see if they are doing it again. Just a heads up.
