Guys couple of updates, we only have 3 spots left. I've been getting asked a lot about spectators, cost will be $25 to spectate.
Free open mat Friday 8pm-10pm for those attending the seminar. Seminar on Saturday is from 12noon-3pm.
Then for those interested we will be getting together at 7pm at Champs Bar/Grill in Victor NY. (about 15-20 mins from the gym).

Zog....aren't there two UFC's on the 28th? One in New Zealand on Fight Pass that is actually the 27th there and one in San Antonio with Kelvin on Fox Sports 1???
