    A fun match I had (exhibitng some of the warm ups)

    Scraped a gold at Lock & Roll Manchester earlier this year, looking back I'm happy with how the warm ups are sinking in.

    This comp is becoming one of our faves- would recommend to any UK grappler, really chilled vibe but still some high level entrants.

    My semi final from the same comp was featured in a recent MTS thanks Eddie for that.

    That rolling Kimura left me gasping!!
    D series alive and well also the Marcelo path was excellent.That toe hold fake to twister pass!!
    Man I couldn't keep up!!!
