I would highly recommend starting in a structured system rather then just doing set bjj kettlebell exercises.

I would recommend the book 'Enter the kettlebell' by Pavel Tsatouline and the DVD. He is considered the Guru of Kettlebells.

There is well known fitness trainer of old school training methods called Steve Maxwell. He is also a former BJJ world champion. In his opinion doing the perfect Kettlebell swing alone is superior to 99% of the sophisticated strength and conditioning programs out there.
