I'd still train at the better bjj school, even if it's more heavily gi based. You can work on all of your no gi grips and 10thpjj techniques during live sparring. Just focus on not using the gi for your grips. It'll make it harder for you compared to your opponents, but I think that's what Marcelo Garcia ended up doing even when he's in the gi. If I roll 6 rounds, I'll usually try to do 4 rounds where I just use no gi grips. You'll still have to break their grips, obviously and the game will be a little slower.
