You met my little girl at the Great Lakes training camp. We always go to Judo during the winter break as there is no wrestling practice. Thought you would appreciate these. Drop Seo-nagi looks weird from behind. I was like "What are you doing?" and my son clarified to me what I was looking at in a pretty adorable way. He hit a good throw too.

Judo is no joke in wrestling! A lot of wrestlers neglect throws in freestyle/folkstyle, there was a kid on my team who cross trained some judo and greco roman and would toss kids around. Awesome stuff

I had weak knees all my life, even when I was young, I have a feeling my daughter has the same problem as she is not comfortable shooting anything but a low single, but she loves throws. My son shoots really hard doubles but he also enjoys throws.
