Hi guys/girls, getting back into the game I like to practice some sort of flow to pull half guard. First thing I've noticed in the Gi-game is I am horrible at pulling my half guard. I would like to practice pulling half guard multiple ways then working my underhooks/whip-up/old school/electric path. I do not have the luxury of any 10th planet gyms readily available so rolling with some friends on the side to practice for myself is the best I can do. I'd like some sort of warm up drill showing that if its there OR I am open to any suggestions. Thank you for any help
