Japanese Necktie in the UFC last weekend in Brazil

check out this prelim fight between matheus nicolau and bruno korea that ended in a jap necktie sub!
i think that's the first and only jap necktie in the ufc so far!

what i really don't get is why matheus nicolau wasn't awarded with a performance of the night bonus! he didn't miss weight and delivered such a beautiful finish!! they gave out 4 performance of the night bonuses (belfort, almeida, oliveira, tavares) but why didn't they give him one??

and what really bothers me too was the rediculous stoppage of the gleison tibau vs abel trujillo fight.. wtf!! keith peterson messed that one up bad!!

Very slick. Rogan would have freaked out if he were calling the fight. That's the first JNT in UFC history right? I know ben Askren has a win by one but it was Bellator. Not really a fan of the JNT but it's great to see it applied in the UFC
