Barefoot running for MMA fighters and anyone who exercises up on their toes will benefit from barefoot running!

I used to do barefoot running for Karate. It helped so I didn't any blisters on my feet from rotating with a kick or something. I don't know if it would really help anything at all for MMA.

I feel like it helps my balance too. You are up on your toes when fighting and you are up on your toes when you run barefoot. It helps condition your feet and legs in ways that normal exercise does not.
