It's funny how single leg riding is becoming so popular in the BJJ world. I got all these wrestlers at my gym that are sitting on a treasure trove of information and they just don't see how it integrates into submission grappling. Then I know BJJ guys that keep posting single leg ride rolls to back control acting like they saw the second coming of christ.
It's a strange time.
