    Has anyone thought of....

Old School Sweep to a Knee Bar?

I'm playing with it in my head and I'm going to drill that sequence next chance I get. The only problem I see with it is that you'd have to switch to the figure 4 control before taking the sweep.

Jesus! I can't think of anyway to make that fly.

Yes it is a standard in my game. I think most everyone I know has used it.

I have tried a knee bar from the electric chair, also ankle and heel hooks from that sweep. Not tried it from old school!?

What are your best tricks to raise the percentage. I'm thinking the switch of your feet before the sweep has the be fast and flawless, and then when you sweep him you have to do it with enough force to make space so you have the time to pivot over into the knee bar.

Yes you have to switch the out side leg over the top to make the sweep happen. When he is swept make babies to his knee. It is a done deal. Good luck.
