    That's pretty much Anthony Pettis. I know he trains Thai Boxing now but his footwork, timing, distance control .... is still more TKD than Thai Boxing.

    what can you say to this ......... seagal seems to be legit in teaching guys weird kicks that fuck dudes up ......and he was weird sunglasses i think that is about it

    I did not see him teach the Karate Kid switch kick in that video, is that on a different segment?

    For all the hating that gets thrown at Seagal, he's a very valuable asset to have on one's coaching team.

    For an old guy with a pot belly his hand speed is rediculous. There's another great video of him training with Anderson before the Sonnen fight where he's showing anderson a whole slew of small joint manipulations (IMO one of the most powerful aspects of traditional martial arts that has yet to really work its way into pro MMA, mark my words there will be a guy doing high level Qin Na in competition one day) and septum press tap outs in addition simultaneous parry and counter drills.
