    You can do what people like Rafa, Cobrinha, Caio, Glover, Braulio do in no-gi which is invert the berimbolo but since it's much harder to have the good grips for getting the back without the gi just come up to the leg drag position or the mount instead.

    we've been working dlr and spiral for a while now. i mean eddie did a seminar on those over a year ago. the berimbolo and kod work great no gi, you just have to use hooks. i use berimbolo to the truck all the time.

    Bermibolo to the truck? That sounds like fun. Wish you had a video of that. Berimbolo is one of those techniques I just can't seem to figure our just from visual learning. Can't wait to learn it.

    How do you avoid your opponent setting up the inside heelhook when you are in that position starting at 0:06?
