I live in England and this January I will be making the trip to Montreal to live and train at TriStar for 4 weeks. I will be staying in the dorms at the gym and I'm just using this as a chance to train with some of the best coaches and bring up my overall MMA game.
I train pretty hard at home, usually 9 sessions a week or so but living in the gym and having the chance to train twice/possibly three times a day Monday to Saturday will aid my game massively.
Anyway, I was just wondering if any of you guys have experience with the gym? what is it like? do some of you train there even?
Also, I have just been made aware of the 10th planet affiliate in MTL so hopefully I can check out a couple of sessions a week there (if it's not too far)
