    Stretching?

    Can anyone do the "blunt stretch"? I can just about touch the top of my head with my heel. What stretches can i do to get the whole foot around?

    i can do the double lotus, but i have been having some problems with it that i didn't have b4 Now my ankles hurt while the double lotus, and also i have a pain in my knee after straightening out my leg(i think it might be a tendon) from a previous injury.

    Well, you can do the double lotus, which is good news. Keep practising that, but take it slowly.

    I'm assuming you can do the butterfly stretch with heels close to your groin and heels to the floor. Can you bend forward in this position? Stretch your arms out in front of you and put your head to the floor. When you get better, you should be able to touch your feet with your chest.

    That should give you enough flexibility to do the full "blunt stretch". Other than that, just keep stretching when you're watching TV, on the computer, etc.
