When i was having problems being sore all the time and started stacking injuries, my coach said to drink water like all day, as much as possible and i would piss the injuries out. I did and he was fuckin right! Now i drink a lot, A LOT of water. I put a little lemon juice and a tiny bit of himalayan salt in my water often. Its really crazy how much you have to drink, im going to down a mason jar right now.
