Hey guys and gals, I need some help sleeping.
When I was in Austin, I drove a cab every night for a few
years. My body rhythm has shifted to the night time completely.
Now...I go to the gym and work Jiu-Jitsu at 8:30am, work outside
in the heat during the day, then go back to train again in the evening.
All of this, and I still can't sleep at night.
I wouldn't bitch about this, except that it's seriously frustrating.
It doesn't matter how tired I am or when I go to bed, I'm not
gonna fall asleep until 4 or 5 in the morning at the earliest most
nights.
I have been using Melatonin, sleep herbs, white noise machines,
and everything else other than drugging myself to sleep each night.
I'm just hoping someone out there can help me by naming
something I haven't tried, or by sharing a solution that worked
for them, or anything really.
I don't have insurance at the moment, so I prefer not to go to
the doctor, but that may be the final solution if I can't find anything
else to work.
Any help is appreciated.
