    Question on a hotbox

    I have question, I would like to start a hotbox here in Lubbock. any pointers on how to get it off ground. I have three guys plus myself, one has trained in mma the other is training in mma and myself and the fourth person have trained in BJJ. any thoughts on how to fuse some of the techniques to help with the mma. also this is to supplement our training not to be our only training in grappling.

    to make a hot box go in you shower turn the hot water on close the door and put a towel at the bottom then smoke a bunch of joints.
