So many angles to approach this from....
Hey I really appreciate all the advice folks.
I actually do have one mercury filling, and it is
resting directly on a nerve. When I had it put
in, my mouth was in a high amount of pain for
6 months....literally...needless to say I never went
back for more. They x-ray'd and said it was on
the nerve and would chill out eventually.
Without insurance, the dentist is not my first option,
but I will read more into the subject for sure...maybe
that can be the boring book I read at night.
But seriously, I can read an get tired, but then I usually
find myself waking up restless at some point in the night.
I try to have everything off and complete silence when
I sleep, except when trying white noise to help me sleep.
I would attribute it somewhat to my training in the evening,
except that I have been having this issue for quite a while,
even when I wasn't having any strenuous activity at that hour.
When I started training twice a day, I thought maybe that
would help tire me out at the proper hour.
I mean, I can sleep at 5 in the morning, but it's still not
great sleep, and it's not consistent. I actually missed training
this morning because I was laying in bed for about 5 hours
without sleep, and that pisses me off, I hate missing training.
Melatonin is slightly effective for inducing the sleep cycle,
but only for a day or two, then I can't feel a difference after
that. Kava kava is one natural I haven't tried, but I will give
it a shot.
Somatomax looks interesting and seems to crash people out
pretty well, but I find it a bit odd that there is no website
for it, and very little information on it around the web.
I will look up the ingredients individually and decide whether
or not I should consume it.
Masturbation quit working a while back, it might put me in
the mood, but then I will reawaken fully very soon afterwards.
I haven't tried a cold shower in the evening, but am willing
to give it a shot. And unfortunately where I live, the choice
of weed is what is in town, so selecting strains would be a bit
out of my reach.
Damn...there's a lot going on here, again, I really
appreciate the advice given here.
