The way I remember it is if you're triangleing a guy but his trapped arm is on the opposite side of your torso that you'd want it and he is hugging your hip. Straighten out your legs while keeping them closed and do an S-grip behind your knees, then pinch your knees together like all holy hell. Nasty, practically unbearable nerve pain. It should be easy to transition to the omoplata from this position
