She didn't talk about BVO, food coloring or any of that....disappointed.
Clearly NWO propaganda
Man I thought this was gonna be one of those "Cast Couch Teens" videos, turns out it's just some bitch who doesn't know what she is talking about...
Kyle wins this thread.
Ok so I already knew all of that just from reading the nutrition facts on the back of my Zico....hm.
I don't know where to start.... Misleading reasoning for the values of sports drinks... Is she really trying to suggest the trash simple carbs in sports drinks are better? Is she really saying because there is slightly more sodium added, its the better choice?
Bullshit.
No mention of the REAL benefits of coconut water, such as its ideal isotonic balance with the human body for rehydration. Or its pH balance, or it's electrolyte profile. Oh and what about the Cytokinins, Enzymes, Amino Acids, and Vitamins that coconut water is rich in, and Sports drinks are not? Instead you get food coloring and substances like BVO that are banned in other countries.
Meh.
The answer is neither, youz guy gocht to take a dat BOMBA
What happened to good ol' fashioned tap water? Coconut water doesn't protect your teeth like the water from my faucet
I believe the human body was designed to drink 1 thing.. Water.
Most people don't understand that defluoridation is often a component of "water fluoridation"... naturally occurring water levels are higher than desired in some places:
Coconut water is not a bad thing to drink, although it is an awfully expensive source of potassium and sugar. At least Vita Coco adds vitamin C to it. If you're going to drink coconut water to rehydrate after training, it would be a good idea to add salt to it, because the main thing you lose in sweat is sodium, not potassium: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Perspiration#Composition
Also don't forget protein, another very important component of recovery. For my recovery drinks I usually follow the Paleo Diet for Athletes' recommendations: http://www.amazon.com/The-Paleo-Diet.../dp/160961917X
I also add wheatgrass powder as a source of micronutrients and this is what I use for my protein source, it also has some good complex carbs, iron, and some other beneficial things: http://www.amazon.com/Optimum-Nutrit.../dp/B002DYJ0K2
I immediately disregard any nutritional advice you have to give if you're a fat person.
