Most people don't understand that defluoridation is often a component of "water fluoridation"... naturally occurring water levels are higher than desired in some places:
Coconut water is not a bad thing to drink, although it is an awfully expensive source of potassium and sugar. At least Vita Coco adds vitamin C to it. If you're going to drink coconut water to rehydrate after training, it would be a good idea to add salt to it, because the main thing you lose in sweat is sodium, not potassium:
