Alright well first off I gotta admit. . . .I be lurken. . . HaHaHa. Saw that thread and figured it was time to join the party! Whats up everyone?! Pleasure to be here.
I started training jits 2 years ago and 10th planet about 9 months ago, on my own of course, cuz you may have noticed that i go to a gracie school. Dont hate lol. Which is an hour away. . .bummer. .but its the only legit place anywhere even relatively close. I have an awsome instructor with a great group of guys but i wanted to start approaching jitz in a different way. And 10th planet was it! I fell in love with it right away, ordered mastering the rubber guard and the twister, and started repping. I also dug up any you tube videos i could find. Since then ive just been sticking to the system, incorparating it into my game, and smashing people on the mats.
Since I live a ways away from my school i cant always get there reguraly,which is 3 days a week, cuz of money for gas or work schedule. So When my gf and i bought a house together, about a year ago, the first thing i did was set the basement up with mats so i could always roll. Then i started teaching my bro so id always have a partner. And might i add hes gonna b representin proud coming up soon, hes gettin pretty nasty. Lovin the system!!
So yup thats alittle get to know me. Promise my posts wont be this long in the future.
Oh ya and by the way. . . .The gracie guys have NO faith in the system. . .Not even when im owening and submitting hahaha
