I think when he says he isn't sorry, and then has to think for a moment to remember that he has to say he is sorry, is what kills it for me.

I was a kid before, and that kid only has remorse for what he did because he got in trouble.
He's a punk, no way he would pick a fight with a kid that much bigger unless he thought he was a push over who would just take it.
