    Flexibility is current trash...yoga, lock down videos?

    So I am working on my flexibility (which is shit), and while I did that I wanted to focus on my top game and Lock Down more. Any one have any videos or instructionals for yoga or the lock down they can share with me? I am catching up on Mastering the System videos but it's hard to watch them all with my schedule.

    Key to getting more flexible is putting in the time. Just a bit of advice dont push it too far cause for the next few days after you wont be able to stretch completely doing zero good.

    Every day, while working at home/reading/watching TV sit on the ground in different positions Every Day, butterfly, legs in front, legs out, feet together in crotch (knees pressed down), pigeon etc... not too intense (or as intense as feels good). If you alternate between every position for 30 minutes plus per day EVERY DAY you will be flexible in no time (i.e. a few months). Just like strength/conditioning you may need some rest/off days, but not if you don't push it too hard. And also like strength training it's a journey not a destination.

    Consider that done. Just bought them all My workout usually starts with a 30 minute run to loosen up, then I stretch for like 30 minutes then start lifting. I feel like it's working overall but I still feel like I could be doing more. So time to do some homework, when this infection I have heals up I can finally start training. Gonna be wild

    Once you've mastered all that the next step is win ADCC and put out your own dvd's. Until you can do that focus on the above

    Yeah I got some homework ahead of me and the few days I have been stretching it's been coming along really well. So it's nice to see progress in any way possible. Besides I think I should have bought Master Eddie's books a long time ago, and what Jiu Jitsu nut doesn't want to win ADCC in their life? My issue I am in Marcelo's weight class lol.
