How bad can the day get. I need 10thP opinions

Before I jump in to the weight I need to get of my chest. First I leave my phone in my rides car (cause my car wanted to brake down Monday after Jiu jitsu class) No phone so no ride. I walk 2-3 miles all up hill back to my rides house I'm in all black cause that's how I do (Ninja) It's easily 85 degrees out ,80% humidity. Ranting sorry.

Question is who would u want to referee ur MMA match The guy who only has a few months of BJJ training along with a striking background, some kung fu, stick fighting under his belt and wealth of knowledge of the sport of MMA or the older Kempo guy who thought the fighters still wore Gi's in MMA? I work with a company that sanctions Amateur MMA events. And our upcoming event I wasn't picked to ref ( I keep telling the chief official I'm ready) ............................ Before I get long winded I just think I should of got the shot. Last event I was the first official there, the last to leave(besides the chief). I was a hand inspector last time paid to do so. I made sure very fighter had all their papers and seen the docs. The other 7 showed up a 3pm, 3:30pm they were eating lunch I was double checking everything. This time I'll be a shadow judge (unpaid). I'm done, don't know what else to say. I'm upset.

Getting the shaft always sucks my man. Luckily for you we're all family here at 10th planet Coast to Coast. So we've got your back. Unfortunately you've hit some adversity and the best I can tell you to do is to keep on keepin on. don't let some shit bother you because at the end of the day you know you have the knowledge and the fundamentals to ref a fight. You're time will come. Keep your head up!!
