A Big Thanks to 10th planet Phoenix

I found myself out in Phoenix for the last few days and got a chance to get some training at John's school out here. I had a blast, he focused the whole class on the twister which was definitely an interesting and painful submission ( my back is still sore). *Then got some great rounds with John and Nick (I hope I remember that name correctly), they are both beastly. Everyone was really friendly and I felt very welcome. Thanks for opening your school to a visiting white belt, I learned a lot.
