I've been using Liam as a grappling dummy for about 4 years now. He's really started to come into his own this last year physically. The mental and spiritual discipline of a champion will be the harder path. Liam's black belt match was pretty short. I believe it was his mind set more than his opponents skill that was the biggest factor. I could tell Liam was shut down before he set foot on the mat against the bb. Against the the brown he felt like he had nothing to lose and went for it. A great lesson in there. His skills are developing next comes consistently being able the release those skills under pressure.
