And we are ready to train
Everyone is drillin'
And ready to frame

The rashguards are on
And we're ready to roll
Lockdown, whip ups, fat whip
Lose your focus, it takes a toll

Mechanic sweeps, arm bars
And maybe a choke
We train for life
And that's no joke

Full guard, half guard
And always a hand fight
Destroy the near arm
Body triangle is tight

Wheelchair is rollin
And so is T-bird
My coaches are awesome
Just like you've heard

Be like water
Be like sand
We are family
Ain't that grand!
