When you learn how to use it (avoid submissions, escapes, passes, then attacks), it can be a very formidable tool.

I've been working a few back attacks from the 50/50 lately. I'm working on a way to get to twister from it. There's got to be a way. It's a fun guard!

Ryan Hall had a cool set up in his match with Hermes Franca if you haven't seen that yet.

The president of Grapplers Quest, Brian Cimmons, told me that Enrico Cocco has the best 50/50 he has ever seen. He says he has a higher percentage of finishing his opponents with 50/50 than even Ryan Hall
