Hey guys, I started running 4 days a week as part of my regimen to get back in shape, and I've been getting a stiff neck after I run. It isn't quite sore yet but I feel like it's heading in that direction. Could it possibly be due to the sunglasses I wear while running? Putting undue weight on my neck? That could be a ridiculous theory but it's all I can think of lol. I have pretty good running posture/form from my days as a varsity cross country runner in high school. As far as distance and speed I've only been doing about 1.5-2 miles at approximately an 8 minute mile pace. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
