I usually upload pics to to http://tinypic.com. Never had any size issues before, but I will usually make them smaller so they arent ridiculously huge

Brett, just for shits and giggles, hit the "Reply with quote" button, and copy and save the line that I used to post the picture. Anytime you want to post a pic that is already up on the web somewhere, that's how you do it.
