My title fight from May 15th

Oops, I meant May 11th. Lots of 10th Planet respect from the commentators. I was blind in 1 eye for 2 rounds from a punch. Was crazy, slowed me down a bit. Finally felt comfy enough to try some goofy stuff out... Sucked, the ref wouldnt let me turn my back to the guy Genki Sudo/Iminari style. Its not in the rules anywhere that I cant. Tried to tell him it was part of my style, but he wouldnt go for it.

Slick fight man! I liked the failed scissor takedown to rolling leg lock attempt. That guy wanted nothing to do with you in tight, and you could tell just by the way his teammate/commentator was talking about how your jiu jitsu was wayyyy better. Keep on repping hard buddy. Ill always be a fan.

Thanks man. Wasnt a failed scissor though. I think I slipped a punch or something and just went down instead of standing straight back up into a unseen strike. Have to watch it a few more times. Failed scissor into a leg lock attempt sounds way cooler though :-)
