So I've been studying vortex energy for the past couple days and noticing how its everywhere in plain sight as well as hidden. Mostly I was only noticing the back spinning heel kick becoming more popular lately (Vitor and Uriah Hall knockouts). I started thinking well there must be vortexes in jiu jitsu somewhere. Somehow it took a couple days to realize the twister is a vortex. Its even named after a vortex, duhhhhhh. Then other powerful votexes became apparent. The Kung Fu move to omo-plata is a vortex. The "dreaded" Heel Hook is a vortex. Also the turning sidekick Joe Rogan showed details of to GSP, bammm vortex. The Swim Move is a vortex motion. Spinning back fist, vortex. The basic rotation of the fist for a punch, vortex. Powerful vortexes everywhere. The fact that i didnt realize the Twister right away was ridiculously hilarious to me. The entire technique from start to finish is a vortex and the most popular 10th Planet technique known to the peoples.
