I just wanted to write a short note and publicly thank Frank for an unbelievably good seminar today. His passion is infectious - there is no way you can spend any amount of time with him and not feel incredibly motivated. He is very genuine and his love for jiu jitsu, 10th Planet, his students and life in general shines through. This is very evident by the great bunch of guys (and girls) who train with him.
The seminar today was mind blowing. A lot to take in but I have no doubt today is going to take my game (or lack of it) to a completely new level. The amazing thing was we didn't go through any submissions, it was Frank dropping mad knowledge and guiding us through some of the HQ warm up drills and pointing out all the finer points that are easy to miss.
I don't want to pre empt anything or steal his thunder but Frank also announced he is running a series of seminars in Spring. To anyone in Australia (or NZ - Isaac
) you have to do everything possible to attend these. Based on the high level of today these will no doubt lift your game to a higher level!
