i jsut wanted to add in my two cents about the arm crush. something we worked on when i was in germany was unclenching my fist, when your s gripping or gable gripping you forearm is thicker, (mindblanked the technical correct term) and this helps the person get the arm crush. we would let the grip go, while pulling the arm away from teh opponent to keep it tense and then slowly let the arm slip through and grab it again when its out. this puts you back in a triangle but id rather a triangle than a armcrush/armbar.

anyway i jsut wondered if that could be a missing piece, watching to see how flat their hands are. when i have my hand flat it still hurts but its uncomfortable, never anywhere near actually painful.

ive always gotten the arm crush, it jsut came easy to me but tobi and verena explained it really well, and tobi put me in it heaps so i guess that helped too.

    hope that helped.
