im not saying that other trainers arnt amazing, duke rufus is amazing as are a bunch of the others, but i think bang is the one that is most like eddie in his approach to striking. added to that, what he has done with alpha male in such an immediate and violent way is just fantastic. i used to think alpha male fighters seemed pretty stuck up and annoying. now i look forward to seeing any of them fight. their great wrestling and ground game mixed with bang style striking. i like the system and i like how its mixing with 10th p so well and often.

I love Duane Bang Ludwigs stuff, but I myself am biased towards Rodney King and his Crazy Monkey Defense. Really functional, good stuff. Must admit that I am coaching it here in Norway, though.
