Anyway Shawn's been using the position for a long time and he has a lot of go to moves from there -armbars, omoplatas, triangles. I haven't played around with the position much so I can't comment on it's effectiveness. I can say that some people that aren't as flexible seem to benefit from the Williams guard more than rubber guard. For me flexibility isn't much of a problem.
London is a ait if you go top speed against not so good bjj guys. but if ppl dont see that they can cartwheel out of London they wont see a omoplata coming from closedguard either :P
