In this commercial from 1987 the guy says turn it up. For jiu jitsu the term "freedom rock" up would mean to turn up the pressure of the choke. Back in the day this commercial seemed like it came on 20 times a day on every channel for years. Maybe Ive just seen it a million times because my house didnt have cable tv until a couple years later, so it probably just kept coming on the same couple of channels that I was always watching. I was 6 years old in 87 and still remember it perfectly so I know Ive seen it way to many times
