Sean will be in Springfield, MO for 3 weeks, and is having a seminar this Saturday, if anyone is in the area, or up for coming to Springfield. $60 + $5-$15 donation for the gym. FYI, this is not my gym, I'm just posting this because I don't think those guys are on the forum.
