So I'm sure you know it's best not to be stagnant. Constantly go for the kill. I've had 3 reactions from that head and arm control before locking up the anaconda. Either they sit there and you can hit the anaconda, they roll flat to their back and you can transition to the reverse arm triangle, or they sit there but stay really wide and block the hips (so you can't roll to the mounted guilly) so you can transition right into your Darce choke. I'm sure there's more options but I'm still honing it myself.
Another good one is basically the same as your last one, but if they power up to their knees, just follow them up and pummel through siwthcing arms, sliding into a marce on the other side. So if your right arm is choking, they get to their knees, you go to yours, and you fall onto your left hip and shoot your left arm through to the marce. Bill Cooper and Rafa Mendes are both great at this.
