marcello is king for a reason and to have a chance to train , roll and learn from him i woulda wore a suit of armor. i hate the gi it is very constricting and i felt trapped at all times. im going back in december and will go on the no gi days ,i can then get my ass kicked playing my own game.

Einstein is right, Marcello is king for a reason. Props to you for throwing a gi on and rolling with him. That must have been awesome. I went down to his school last year and rolled with his guys but didnt get a chance to roll with him. Im heading there this weekend to compete so im going to try and stop by his place for a good choke

I hope you can catch your december roll on camera too, Einstein. I think it will be a more interesting roll no gi for obvious reasons. Maybe MTS footage.

im going dec 24th till the 31 . no gi days are tues and thurs.. i will try to go 2 times a day. i just watched the video i dont think i looked as misrable as i felt..

Marcelo is a beast, we all know that. Scott wasn't going all out though. He seemed really concerned with Marcelos grip on his sleeves. Like wrist control that you can't escape. I think he was just seeing where he was against one of the greats and learning from the experience.
