    Albany NY 10PL?

    Hi guys, Im heading to Albany from Ireland on a holiday soon. Will be heading to Chris Herzog for some of the trip and can't wait! While I'm staying in Albany itself, does anyone know of any 10th Planet activity in the area? Or even recommendations for NOGI classes? Thanks bros..

    Wow, from Dublin to NY State...for jiu jitsu! Enjoy training with Coach Zog and his crew of killers. I hope your ego can take what I assume should be a thorough ass whooping. I'd enjoy every second of the ass whooping/learning experience.
