I'll be curious to see if/how Metamoris responds to that Jiu Jitsu Times article.
They might put forward some explanation for this other than Metamoris simply embracing an adversarial (vs. cooperative) business model in terms of talent acquisition/retention.
I'm with everybody else though. It seems like trying to grow grappling as a sport through cooperation would be a far wiser strategy than treating it as a zero sum game at this point. The pie is still way too small for that.
