    Problems accessing pro-membership

    I've been a member for a few months and my credit card has been charged. But, for the past few weeks, I've not been able to access the pro-membership videos and my profile information has disappeared. I've sent several emails without response. I've also tried to re-register my credit card and that did not work.

    I'm have been previously very happy with this site but if it isn't going to work, I don't see why I should waste my money. Please help?
