    Teaching the rolling heel hook (Imanari Roll)



    Rene Becker is a brown belt in BJJ under Dean Lister and the head coach of Matrix Jiu-Jitsu in Kaiserslautern, Germany. Rene has a deep understanding of the leglock game and loves to go for a rolling heel hook (Imanari Roll) and use this move to setup follow on leglocks, takedowns, or sweeps.
