Hey good job! Competing injured, no matter what, is a bitch. Competing against a kid as good as Conner with an injury,well that takes some guts. Conner is for real. Keep it up and be dedicated and you'll be all set.

Ok guys......your right. Von Flue was there. Didn't know what a Von Flue was. had to look it up.lol. Than I understood, I know as it as a Shoulder Choke.lol. I knew it was there, but have tried them befor and guy rolls up onto his knees and escapes. I just need to work it more. I'm sure I need to squeeze tighter with my arms and up on my toes more. There is so much I need to work on, sometimes I feel there is not enough time.lol.
