Im gonna be going to a Caio Terra seminar, what could i expect out of this? Has anyone here trained with Caio Terra before, or attended a seminar with him?

Btw if anyone wants to attend it it's going to be in north heaven ct at Ultimate mma the price is i belive 75 dollers but go to ultimate mma.com and call the owner to make sure of the price.

Prepare to have your mind blown with details. Even techniques that you thought you knew, Caio will show you tons of fine points you overlooked.
You're going to have a blast and will definitely get your moneys worth. I've been working on Caio half guard techniques for the past month myself. Fun stuff.

You are in for a real treat...we were lucky enough to have Caio come out last month for a seminar, and Jeff Glover this past weekend. Between the two of them, I have plenty of half-guard and deep half-guard options to add to my game. Both guys are small yet handle men three times there size routinely, not because of strength, but solid technique. Really inspiring for little guys like myself.

Caio can work from any position but for seminars usually the host will Dewitt a certain topic or position.
